Bank, announced that the board of directors declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.28 per share payable on November 21,
2018, to shareholders of record on November 14, 2018. This dividend is consistent with the dividend paid in the third quarter of
2018 and represents a $0.02 increase over the dividend paid in the fourth quarter of 2017.
