NEW CANAAN, Conn., Nov. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Matlin
& Partners Acquisition Corporation ("MPAC") (NASDAQ: MPAC, MPACU, MPACW), today announced that holders of its Class A Common
Stock and Class F Common Stock, voting as a single class, have approved MPAC's previously announced proposed business combination
(the "business combination") with U.S. Well Services, LLC ("USWS") and related transactions, at the reconvened special meeting of

positioning the company well to execute on its growth plans," said David Matlin, Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer of MPAC.
