VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov. 14, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Q Investments Ltd. (TSX.V:
QI) (OTC: QILFF) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") offering of
up to 166,666,666 units ("Units") at a price of $0.30 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $50,000,000. Each Unit shall consist of
one common share and one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant shall entitle the holder thereof to purchase one
additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.65 for a period of two years following the closing of the Private
Placement.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Private Placement to finance further investments by the
Company pursuant to its investment mandate and general working capital.
Completion of the Private Placement remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities
issued pursuant to the Private Placement will be subject to a statutory four month hold period.
The Company may pay finder's fees in connection with the Private Placement.
