"Company" or "ePower Metals") announces that the Company has been approved by the OTC Markets Group for a listing of its common
shares on the OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol "EPWMF". The Company's common shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture
Exchange under the symbol "EPWR". In addition the Company also announces that its common shares have been made eligible for
book-entry delivery and depository services with The Depository Trust Company (the "DTC") to facilitate electronic settlement of
transfers of its common shares in the United States.
DTC eligibility is expected to simplify the process of trading and enhance liquidity of the Company's common shares on the
OTCQB. The DTC is a subsidiary of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation; a U.S. company that manages the electronic clearing
and settlement of publicly traded companies. Securities that are eligible to be electronically cleared and settled through DTC are
considered to be "DTC eligible".
