position of Chief Financial Officer effective December 31, 2018. Scott MacFarlane, Cathedral's President and CEO, will assume the CFO duties on an
interim basis. Michael intends to consult to Cathedral to ensure an orderly CFO transition and will also work with
Cathedral part time in a consulting role. Cathedral would like to thank Michael for his valuable contributions during his
