TORONTO, Nov. 28, 2018 /CNW/ - MFL Management Limited (the
"Corporation") hereby announces that it has filed an updated early warning report in respect of its holdings of equity shares
("Equity Shares") of MBN Corporation ("MBN") to reflect that certain members of the joint actor group referred to in the
Corporation's early warning report dated May 29, 2014 are no longer acting jointly or in concert in
respect of their holdings of Equity Shares.
Prior to the termination of the former joint actor group and completion of the merger of Globalance Dividend Growers Corp.
into MBN on August 29, 2018, the Corporation, together with such joint actors, owned 996,434 Equity
Shares, representing approximately 26.75% of the then issued and outstanding Equity Shares. The Corporation currently owns
865,121 Equity Shares, representing approximately 17.83% of the outstanding Equity Shares. Together with Equity Shares owned by
joint actors as set out in the updated early warning report, the Corporation's Equity Share holdings represent approximately
18.61% of the outstanding Equity Shares. The Corporation and such joint actors may from time to time purchase additional Equity
Shares for investment purposes.
