EVI Industries, Inc. (NYSE American: EVI) (“EVI” or the “Company”) announced today that the Company’s previously announced name
change from EnviroStar, Inc. to EVI Industries, Inc. became effective today, December 21, 2018. The name change signifies the
Company’s focus on executing its buy-and-build growth strategy in the commercial, industrial, and vended laundry industry and
across a group of industries that meet its financial and strategic criteria. The Company’s common stock will continue to trade on
the NYSE American under the ticker symbol “EVI.”
