cash distribution to be paid on the units of First Trust Indxx Innovative Transaction and Process ETF (TSX: BLCK) for the year
ending December 31, 2018 such that the distribution to be paid to unitholders of record on December 31, 2018 will be $0.1509 per
unit. The ex-dividend date in respect of the cash distribution is December 28, 2018 and the cash distribution is payable on
