TORONTO and SPOKANE, WA, Jan. 15,
2019 /PRNewswire/ - Hydro One Limited ("Hydro One") (TSX: H) and Avista Corporation ("Avista") today announced that in
light of the recent decisions by the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission and the Idaho Public Utilities Commission
to deny Hydro One's acquisition of Avista, the Oregon Public Utility Commission ("OPUC") issued an order ("Order 19-008")
suspending indefinitely the current procedural schedule in its merger docket until Hydro One and Avista inform the OPUC that they
have sought a reversal of the denial decisions through appeal or other means that would provide a justiciable issue for the OPUC
to address.
