WYOMISSING, Pa., Feb. 05, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gaming and Leisure Properties, Inc. (NASDAQ: GLPI) today
announced that Matthew Demchyk has joined the Company in the capacity of Senior Vice President of Investments. In this role
Matthew will assist the Company in evaluating strategic opportunities to enhance shareholder value and oversee the Company's
investor relationship and outreach efforts under the leadership of Steven Snyder, GLPI's Senior Vice President of Development and
Interim Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Demchyk joins GLPI with 15 years of successful capital allocation experience across the REIT sector, with the most recent
nine years at Millennium Partners, where he served as Portfolio Manager of Real Estate Securities. Prior to joining
Millennium, he worked at both Carlson Capital and CenterSquare Investment Management, a leading REIT dedicated asset manager, where
he last served as Assistant Portfolio Manager.

Matthew graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Villanova University where
he majored in Finance. He holds a Marketing Management executive education certification from the Wharton School of the
University of Pennsylvania and is also a CFA charterholder.
