The Board of Directors of Chimera announced the declaration of its first quarter cash dividend of $0.50 per common share. The
dividend is payable April 30, 2019 to common stockholders of record on March 29, 2019. The ex-dividend date is March 28, 2019.
The Board of Directors of Chimera also announced the declaration of its first quarter cash dividend of $0.50 per share of 8%
Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock. The dividend is payable March 29, 2019 to preferred shareholders of record on March
1, 2019. The ex-dividend date is February 28, 2019.
The Board of Directors of Chimera also announced the declaration of its first quarter cash dividend of $0.50 per share of 8%
Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock. The dividend is payable March 29, 2019 to preferred shareholders of record on March
1, 2019. The ex-dividend date is February 28, 2019.
The Board of Directors of Chimera also announced the declaration of its first quarter cash dividend of $0.484375 per share of
7.75% Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock. The dividend is payable March 29, 2019 to preferred shareholders of record on
March 1, 2019. The ex-dividend date is February 28, 2019.
