ELS Declares First Quarter 2019 Dividends

The Board of Directors of Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. (NYSE:ELS) (referred to herein as “we,” “us,” and “our”) declared a first quarter 2019 dividend of $0.6125 per common share, representing, on an annualized basis, a dividend of $2.45 per common share. The dividend will be paid on April 12, 2019 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 29, 2019.
