Skyline Champion Corporation Announces Pricing of Secondary Offering of 10,750,202 Shares of Common Stock by
Selling Shareholders
Skyline Champion Corporation (NYSE: SKY) (the “Company”) today announced the pricing of an underwritten secondary public
offering of 10,750,202 shares of its common stock by certain of its shareholders (the “Selling Shareholders”), at a price to the
public of $20.46 per share. The Selling Shareholders will receive all of the net proceeds from this offering. No shares are being
sold by the Company. The offering is expected to close on March 5, 2019, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing
conditions.
