February 25, 2019 to provide digital advertising services.
Market Jar will support mCloud with press release syndication and create and host sponsored and organic content. The Services
Agreement has a 12 month term for which the Company will grant Market Jar an aggregate of 233,333 stock options with an exercise
price equivalent to the closing price on February 25, 2019.
