cash management, secure route-based logistics and payment solutions, today announced that Dana O’Brien will join the company as
senior vice president and general counsel effective April 15, 2019.

Prior to joining Brink’s, O’Brien was senior vice president and general counsel at CenterPoint Energy, where she was responsible
for legal, compliance, government affairs and internal audit. From 2007 to 2014, she served as chief legal and compliance officer
at CEVA Logistics, where she led the global legal and compliance functions across a network of facilities in more than 170
countries. O’Brien earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and her B.A. from Trinity University.
