SRMX & Tri Cascade Establishes Its New Management Team

Saddle Ranch Media, Inc (OTC Markets: SRMX) announces that it has established its new management team to implement its 2019 Business Plan of launching new and innovative Narrowband IoT smart home technology products into the marketplace by third quarter 2019.

Key members of the Company’s Team now consist of the following:

Max Chen Li, Chairman of the Board and CEO

Alan Bailey, Director and CFO

Sonny Wang, Executive Director, Business Development

Amy Yang, Company Secretary and Vice President IoT Platform Development Operations

JP (Zebra) Chen, Vice President, IoT Embedded Devices

As previously reported, Mr. Timothy Peabody resigned as Chairman, Director and CEO effective March 7, 2018 and was replaced by Max C. Li. Mr. Peabody therefore no longer has any involvement in the day-to-day operations of the Company or of Tri Cascade, Inc., although he remains a substantial shareholder in the Company.
