The Trustees of Texas Pacific Land Trust (NYSE: TPL) (the “Trust”) yesterday sent a letter to shareholders encouraging them to protect the future of their investment by voting using the Trust’s BLUE proxy card for the election of retired four-star General Donald “Don” G. Cook (USAF). The letter spotlights the Trust’s extraordinary share price appreciation, urging shareholders to vote prior to the closing of the polls at the Special Meeting scheduled to be held on May 22, 2019.
