Quadron Scales-up Cannabis and Hemp Extraction Capacity

Introducing the “Big BOSS” Unique Large Scale Cannabis Co-solvents Extraction System that can Process up to 3,000 lbs per day

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 02, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Quadron Cannatech Corporation (the “Company” or “Quadron”) (CSE: QCC), is pleased to introduce the latest model of its automated, next generation cannabis and hemp extraction system. The Big BOSS is the Company’s latest system that provides the same advantages as the distinguished BOSS, but with significantly larger processing capabilities.

The Big BOSS Extraction System – Key Advantages:

  • 3 x 150L vessels - horizontal placement for low ceilings
  • Up to 3,000lb biomass processing per day = 66,000lbs biomass processing per month (based on operating the Big BOSS 5 days per week) = nearly 800,000lbs per year
  • Co-solvents extraction (CO2 and ethanol)
  • Assisted loading and unloading system
  • Improved linear extraction rates compared to typical CO2 systems
  • Fully automated extraction cycle
  • Clean-In-Place (“CIP”) Module

Rosy Mondin, CEO of Quadron commented, “We are excited to announce the Big BOSS as our latest addition to our growing line of premier, industry-leading extraction systems. The progression to developing larger extraction systems is in direct response to customers feedback and their evolving needs. With higher processing capacity, and co-solvent capabilities, the Big BOSS will elevate extraction quality, performance and ROI.  Currently in late stage development, the Big BOSS will be a ground-breaking device for the cannabis industry, and for small to medium hemp cultivators and extractors.”

Anticipating high demand, the Company will begin to take Big BOSS reservations beginning this summer. Interested parties are encouraged to contact the Company directly for more information.
