MONTREAL, May 7, 2019 /CNW Telbec/ - National Bank Investments Inc. (NBI) announced today changes in management fees and risk ratings of select NBI Funds with the filing of its most recent prospectus renewal.

These changes are in keeping with NBI's client-centric approach and commitment to providing investors with access to innovative investment solutions at competitive pricing.

Lower management fees

Addition of subscription options
Effective on or around May 14, 2019, new subscription options in U.S. dollars will be available on the Advisor Series (on the initial sales charge option only) and the O Series of the NBI U.S. Equity Fund, the O Series of the NBI SmartData U.S. Equity Fund and the O Series of the NBI SmartData International Equity Fund.

The changes will be reflected in the NBI Funds simplified prospectus, which will be available on the SEDAR website (www.sedar.com) as well as on the National Bank website (www.nbc.ca).
