WINNIPEG, May 13, 2019 /CNW/ - Exchange Income Corporation (TSX:  EIF) (the "Corporation"), announced today the voting results on the election of directors from its 2019 Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM").

A total of 11,374,632 common shares representing 35.99% of the Corporation's issued and outstanding shares were voted in connection with the AGM.  Shareholders approved all items of business before the AGM, including the election of directors as follows:
