(USOTC: ALYI) (“ALYI”) today announced plans for a management restructuring and expansion intended to contribute to the company’s growing sales opportunities, technology innovations and merger and acquisition developments. The company signed $2 million dollars in orders in the first quarter of 2019 for its ReVolt Electric Motorcycles and has a $20 million order under development in conjunction with a project to open an African assembly plant.
