CBL Properties Announces Addition of New Value Retail Anchor at Dakota Square in Minot, North Dakota

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.

CBL Properties (NYSE:CBL) today announced the addition of an 18,000 square-foot Ross Dress for Less to Dakota Square in Minot, North Dakota, as part of the redevelopment of the former Herberger’s store.

“Replacing the former Herberger’s is a great opportunity for us to provide our shoppers with an in-demand value retailer like Ross,” said Stephen Lebovitz, chief executive officer, CBL Properties. “This announcement comes on the heels of the successful grand opening of HomeGoods at Dakota Square. It demonstrates our confidence in the property’s future and our commitment to reinvesting through the addition of strong, growing retailers.”

Construction on this project is currently underway with a planned opening in fall 2019. Additional details will be announced as plans are finalized.
