Mr. Paye, a career Diplomat, stated: “It is with regret that I must resign as director of Earth Alive, a company with products I truly believe in. My increasingly time-consuming professional obligations have however, made it difficult for me to devote the necessary time. I will remain available to advise and assist the Company with their international initiatives.”
