Augusty 8th 2019 - TheNewswire - Vancouver, BC - Quizam Media Corporation ("the Company") (CNSX:QQ.CN) is pleased to announce that it has negotiated a non-brokered private placement of 4,000,000 units of the Company at a price of $0.06 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and a 2 year full share purchase warrant exercisable at $0.15 for year 1 and $0.25 for year 2.
