Farmers National Banc Corp. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

  •  Represents 25% Year-Over-Year Increase in Quarterly Dividend Payment

On August 15, 2019, the Board of Directors of the Farmers National Banc Corp. (NASDAQ: FMNB) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share. The common stock cash dividend will have a record date of September 13, 2019, and is payable to shareholders on September 30, 2019.

Kevin J. Helmick, President and CEO, stated, “It is my pleasure to announce the Board of Directors has approved a 25% year-over-year increase to the company’s third quarter dividend. This is the sixth increase to Farmers’ dividend in the past four years. In fact, our quarterly cash dividend has increased 150% during this period, reflecting our Board’s continual commitment to creating shareholder value.”
