Cielo at Sand Creek, offering 55+ and single-family living, models now open

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 3, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Century Communities, Inc., a top 10 national home builder, announced today the grand opening of new single family model homes starting in the mid $500's at its new community, Cielo at Sand Creek. The model grand opening celebration is planned for Saturday, September 7 from noon to 2 p.m. and will include Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream, face painting and a Storytime Princess.
