Mr. Millar was President of both Medical Marijuana Group Consulting Ltd. and Medical Marihuana Group Corporation, wholly-owned subsidiaries of Golden Leaf. John Varghese, Executive Chairman of Golden Leaf, will serve as Interim President of both companies until a replacement is found.
