Canstar Resources Announces Management Changes

TORONTO, Nov. 06, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CANSTAR RESOURCES INC. (TSXV: ROX) (OTCQB:CSRNF) (“Canstar Resources” or the “Company”) announces that Christos Doulis has resigned from his position as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company with immediate effect.  

The Company wishes Mr. Doulis well in his future endeavours.

Dennis H. Peterson, the Chairman of the Board, will assume the position of interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company until a permanent replacement is appointed.
