Performance Food Group Company Introduces New Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Information Officer

PFGC

RICHMOND, Va.

Performance Food Group Company (PFG) (NYSE: PFGC), a Richmond-based Fortune 500 company, is pleased to introduce the newest members of its executive leadership team: Erika Davis, formerly with Richmond-based Owens & Minor, is PFG’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO); and Don Bulmer, formerly with PFG’s Vistar division, is the company’s Chief Information Officer (CIO). Both report to George Holm, Chairman, President & CEO.

“We are excited to have Erika’s leadership and talents at PFG. In addition to her strength in human resources, she has brought a solid background in distribution, having overseen the nationwide medical supply distribution network in her former operations leadership role at Owens & Minor,” said Mr. Holm. “We are also pleased to have Don’s business knowledge, technical expertise and diverse experience on PFG’s executive leadership team. As part of our Vistar segment, he led multiple technology initiatives, including the integration of acquisitions and enabling the business to open new channels to support growth.”

Ms. Davis joined PFG in the role of CHRO in July after a 26-year career with Owens & Minor. She served in senior leadership roles for nearly 20 years, including as Chief Administrative Officer, Corporate Chief of Staff, Senior Vice President Operations & Administration and Senior Vice President Human Resources – a position she held for 12 years. Ms. Davis earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond and a master’s in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Mr. Bulmer became PFG’s CIO in late March. He had been with PFG’s Vistar segment since 2013, serving on the Vistar senior leadership team as the Vice President of Corporate Information Technology. Before joining Vistar, he held IT leadership roles with ProBuild Holdings and Gates Corporation, both in Denver, and with Nupremis Inc., a start-up based in Boulder, Colo. Mr. Bulmer earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Colorado State University and a master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Colorado-Denver.
