Vancouver, B.C. - TheNewswire - January 28, 2020 - CACHE EXPLORATION INC. (TSXV:CAY) ("Cache" or the "Company") announces that, effective January 28, 2020 it has terminated the option agreement (the "Agreement") dated February 4, 2019 between the Company and Margaret Lake Diamonds Inc. ("Margaret Lake") to develop the Kiyuk Lake Gold project (the "Project") on the basis that Margaret Lake failed to make certain payments to the Company and pay all expenditures properly incurred promptly as and when due as prescribed under the Agreement.
The Company is considering other alternatives to advancing the Project.
