With a professional background in healthcare, consulting, and telecom, Tara has over 18 years of experience providing senior leadership in the private, public, and not for profit sectors. Tara is Principal of Brighton Group, a health industries solution firm. Previously, Tara was Partner and the National Health Industries Leader for PwC Canada where she was accountable for leading a national practice focused on improving quality and outcomes for government, hospital, healthtech/medtech, long term care, homecare and private equity clients. Tara also previously served as a board member with OntarioMD, Canada's only certification body for Electronic Medical Records companies from 2017 to 2019. Tara also previously held an executive role with Trillium Health Partners from 2013 to 2016 and as Principal/Practice leader with TELUS Health from 2011 to 2013 where she led a number of important initiatives and strategies.

Tara holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Arts, Honours from Queen's University. Tara has served on a number of volunteer-based, non-profit and community boards including Street Health in Toronto, which is focused on improving the health of the homeless in an area with the largest concentration of shelters in Canada.
WELL also announces effective today that Peter Maclean has resigned from the Company's board of directors. The Company thanks Mr. Mclean for his contributions and board service and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
