Ms. Dixon is currently a director of Acreage Pharms Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Ms. Dixon has worked nationally and internationally with diverse industry and regulatory agencies on Environmental Quality issues for many years.
