May 9th, 2020 MONTREAL ,QUEBEC, CANADA (MARIANNA NATURALS CORP.)
Marianna Naturals Corp. is pleased to announce that it has received its product license for its Marianna Naturals Lemon Hand Sanitizer by Health Canada. Product license number 80099949 was issued to the company on May 8th, 2020.
"The Natural and Non-prescription Health Products Directorate (NNHPD) has concluded that the application is in compliance pursuant to Section 7 of the Natural Health Products Regulations (NHPR)." Marianna Naturals hand sanitizer is 60% Ethanol alcohol based, with non-medicinal ingredients; Aloe Vera, Glycerin and lemon essential oils for fragrance and skin-conditioning agents. This is a giant first step for the company as it branches out into Canada; expanding the Beauty Kitchen brand. Navigating the regulations of Health Canada can be quite challenging at times and the company is seeking a strategic partnership with an independent company that will handle all of its licensing and compliance.
With the company having over 100 different product lines it would be an essential move to file its beauty products through the agent; so that they can concentrate on their go public strategy on the CSE, (Canadian Securities Exchange) distribution and sales.
Joel DeBellefeuille, Director & CEO of Marianna Naturals Corp. Comments:
"This is great news for Marianna Naturals in a time where hygiene and cleanliness is essential due to the COVID-19 pandemic; we couldn't have received better news. The timing is absolutely perfect, allowing the company to source tenders from government bodies, pharmacies, hospitals and the like."
