Office Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: OPI) today announced the results of its 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders which was held today.

David M. Blackman was re-elected as a Managing Trustee. The final tabulation of the percentage of shareholders’ votes cast for this Trustee is as follows:

In addition, the Board of Trustees promoted Christopher J. Bilotto, the company’s Vice President to the offices of Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Bilotto is also Vice President of The RMR Group LLC and is responsible for portfolio management oversight for all office, industrial and retail properties managed by RMR and is also responsible for development and redevelopment across the United States. Since joining RMR LLC in 2011, Mr. Bilotto also worked as Senior Area Director of RMR LLC’s West Region. Mr. Bilotto has more than 15 years of experience working in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in asset management, leasing and development.
