MONTREAL, June 19, 2020 /CNW Telbec/ - Cogeco Communications Inc. ("Cogeco" or the "Corporation") announced today that it will redeem all of the Corporation's outstanding C$200 million 5.15% senior secured debentures, series 2, due November 16, 2020 (the "2020 Debentures"). The redemption date will be July 22, 2020. The Redemption Price of the 2020 Debentures (the "2020 Redemption Price") is defined in the indenture governing the 2020 Debentures and includes accrued and unpaid interest thereon to the redemption date. The 2020 Redemption Price will be payable in cash in accordance with the terms of the aforementioned indentures.
