V.CHN.H

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - October 1, 2020) - China Education Resources Inc. (TSXV: CHN) (OTCQB: CHNUF) ("CER" or "the Company") is a publicly-listed ed-tech company based in Vancouver, Canada with leading technology in intelligent systems and contents. CER provides online/offline learning, training courses, as well as social media for teachers, students and education professionals. The Company today provides shareholders and investors with an update on its business performance.

Further to CER's August 27, 2020 and September 16, 2020 press releases regarding the new online training program for teachers' etiquette and ethics, to date, 90,000 K-12 teachers have participated in this new program. CER's new online training program has received very positive responses from both education authorities and teachers, and CER has been requested to provide further supplemental content and related courses to enhance teachers' academic knowledge and social skills.

The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the digitalization process of classrooms and changed the education landscape indefinitely. With school and business closures around the world, millions of students have had to adapt to novel learning and communication methods; the overwhelming majority of these methods have involved a shift from in-person learning to online education.

CER's training courses are designed to not only train teachers' personal and professional etiquette and ethics, but also to enhance their social communication skills with parents, community members, and students.

"We are thrilled by how great the results have been for our new online training program. Our online training programs will be continuously updated to meet the current demand. In combination with the circumstances and demands which have arisen as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we believe that China Education Resources' numerous attributes will provide the Company with great long-term revenue potential," said Chengfeng Zhou, CEO, China Education Resources.

In collaboration with China's education administrators and experts, China Education Resources has been helping to transform the curriculum of the world's largest educational system. Recognizing the need to address education reform changes, CER has created educational tools and curriculum for China's entire kindergarten through twelfth grade. The Company is playing an integral part in transforming China's educational system through helping to convert the existing educational system from memory-based learning to a creative thinking and interactive approach. Presently, CER has over 1 million kindergarten through twelfth grade teachers registered through its Web portal.
