WASHINGTON , Oct. 6, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Danaher Corporation (NYSE:DHR) ("Danaher") announced today that it will redeem all of the €800,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 1.700% Senior Notes due 2022 (NYSE: DHR /22) issued by DH Europe Finance S.À R.L. and guaranteed by Danaher (the "Notes"), at a redemption price equal to the outstanding principal amount and a make-whole premium as specified in the indenture governing the Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest. The redemption date for the Notes will be November 5, 2020 . Danaher intends to fund the redemption using a portion of the proceeds of its recent offering of senior notes.
