(CSE: FLYY) (FSE: 3AT) ("MediaCentral" or the "Company") announces that it has received a request from certain minority shareholders to hold a special meeting of shareholders pursuant to subsection 105(1) of the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) (the "Meeting"). The stated intention of the Meeting is to replace the Company's current Board of Directors. MediaCentral is currently reviewing the requisition and will update all shareholders as required. There is no action for shareholders to take at this time.
