(the “Company”) (NYSE:ABR) announced today that it will redeem all of the outstanding (i) 1,551,500 shares of its 8.250% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (the “Series A Preferred Stock”), (ii) 1,260,000 shares of its 7.75% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (the “Series B Preferred Stock”), and (iii) 900,000 shares of its 8.50% Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (the “Series C Preferred Stock” and, together with the Series A Preferred Stock and the Series B Preferred Stock, the “Outstanding Preferred Stock”), at redemption prices equal to $25.00 per share of Outstanding Preferred Stock, plus any accumulated and unpaid dividends thereon to, but not including, June 24, 2021 (the “Redemption Date”). The Series A Preferred Stock, the Series B Preferred Stock and the Series C Preferred Stock trade under ticker symbols “ABR PA,” “ABR PB” and “ABR PC,” respectively.
Notices of Redemption for each series of Outstanding Preferred Stock, describing the redemption procedures, were sent to holders of each series of Outstanding Preferred Stock on May 25, 2021.
