MONTREAL , June 9, 2021 /CNW Telbec/ - In yesterday's Lotto Max draw, 23 Maxmillions ( $1 million prizes) were won with selections sold in British Columbia , The Prairies, Ontario , Québec and the Atlantic Provinces. As such, the total prize pool for the Friday, June 11 draw will be $120,000,000 , i.e. a $70,000,000 jackpot and 50 prizes of $1,000,000 . While last night's draw offered a record total of $117 million, this Friday's draw will feature the biggest prize pool ever offered in the history of Loto-Québec and all of Canada .
The prize pool offered at Lotto Max has hit a new record for the second time in the same week with $120 million. Since January 1, 2017, Quebecers have been very lucky at Lotto Max, taking home 40% of the jackpots of $50 million and more while only representing 19% of the lottery game's market share.
Lotto Max continues to churn out winners in Québec
