Expansion supports continued growth and enhanced service to customers and distributors in key markets
Blackline Safety Corp. (TSX: BLN), a global leader in connected safety technology with a hardware-enabled software-as-a-service (HeSaaS) business model, today announced it has extended its global reach opening new offices in Houston, Texas and Dubai to service the company’s growing customer segments in the United States and United Arab Emirates.
“Customers in energy, petrochemical, transportation and utilities represent growing market segments for us and we recognize the value of being local to provide the best level of service and support,” said Cody Slater, CEO and Chair for Blackline Safety.
“Our new offices in Houston and Dubai, in the heart of these sectors, will be critical to our ability to scale, drive additional customer growth and support our distribution network.”
The 8,000 square foot Houston office will house a product and innovation showroom as well as a sales and rental distribution and service center.
“The ability to ship new product, process RMAs and manage rental devices out of Houston will support faster turnaround times and provide an enhanced customer experience,” added Slater.
The new offices in the US and UAE increase the number of Blackline facilities around the world to six, building on locations in Canada, the UK and France. And with an increasing percentage of the company’s employees working outside its headquarters, they will also provide a space to work from for sales personnel, including product specialists, business developers, technicians and other support roles.
