LLP ("BV"), is licensed and located in the State of Texas and registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board ("PCAOB").
BV is accessible for inspection or investigation by the PCAOB, as required by the newly finalized rules from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") with regards to submission and disclosure requirements in the Holding Foreign Companies Accountable Act (HFCAA). https://www.sec.gov/news/press-release/2021-250.
