Atrium Mortgage Investment Corporation Announces February 2022 Dividend and 2021 Year End Investor Conference Call Details

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - February 3, 2022) - Atrium Mortgage Investment Corporation (TSX: AI) is pleased to announce that its board of directors has declared a dividend for the month of February 2022 of $0.075 per common share, to be paid March 11, 2022 to shareholders of record February 28, 2022.

Atrium pays monthly dividends currently at an annual rate of $0.90 per share, plus a special dividend to shareholders of record at year-end in the event the dividends declared are less than taxable income for that fiscal year. The amount of the special dividend is announced when Atrium releases its year end results.

Atrium will be releasing its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2021 at the end of the day on Tuesday, February 15, 2022.
