Mr. Walker is the founder of Avro Capital Corp. (“Avro”) and has managed the firm since its inception in 1995. With over 20-years experience in micro and small-cap M&A and finance, he has been responsible for Avro’s growth and transition from its origins in capital markets advisory to its present-day position as a diversified, family office development and holding business.
Mr. Walker is responsible for guiding Avro’s intellectual property, business, and asset acquisition efforts, as well as managing Avro’s portfolio companies and assets with holdings in real estate, biotech, and healthcare.
The appointment follows the departure of Dr. Leanne Brigitte Simons from the Company’s board of directors effective immediately. CRFT would like to thank Dr. Simons for her time and contributions made to the Company and wishes her well with her current and future endeavors.
