National Bank Investments announces a portfolio manager change and a portfolio sub-advisor change

MONTREAL, Feb. 28, 2022 /CNW/ - National Bank Investments Inc. ("NBI") announced today the change of portfolio manager for the NBI Canadian All Cap Equity Fund and the change of portfolio sub-advisor for the NBI Canadian Equity Private Portfolio.

On or about April 28, 2022, National Bank Trust Inc. ("NBT") will replace CI Global Asset Management as portfolio manager to the NBI Canadian All Cap Equity Fund and will delegate investment decisions to Manulife Investment Management. The latter will act as the fund's portfolio sub-advisor, with NBT ensuring that their decisions remain compliant within this given mandate. The investment objective remains unchanged.

On or about April 28, 2022, Manulife Investment Management will replace CI Global Asset Management as portfolio sub-advisor of the NBI Canadian Equity Private Portfolio, with NBT ensuring that their decisions remain compliant within this given mandate. The investment objective remains unchanged.

These changes are in line with the governance process of NBI's open architecture structure.

These changes will be reflected in the upcoming amendment to the simplified prospectus for the NBI Funds, which will be available on the SEDAR website as well as on the National Bank Investments website.
