TORONTO, June 08, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Probe Metals Inc. (TSX-V: PRB) (OTCQB: PROBF) (“Probe” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has increased the size of its previously announced non-brokered financing with Quebec institutional funds to aggregate proceeds of $10,500,000 (the “Offering”) consisting of 6,000,000 units of the Company (the “Units”) at a price of $1.75 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company (a “Common Share”) and one-half of one Common Share purchase warrant (each full warrant, a “Warrant”). Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one Common Share of the Company at a price of CDN$2.40 per share for a period of 24-months from the Closing Date.
The proceeds of the Offering will be used to further explore and develop the Company’s assets in Quebec. The Offering is expected to close on or about June 9, 2022 (the “Closing Date”) and is subject to the Company receiving all necessary regulatory approvals. All securities issued under the Offering will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the Closing Date.
