BayCom Corp (NASDAQ: BCML) (“BayCom” or the “Company”), the parent company of United Business Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share on the Company's outstanding common stock, which represents an increase of 100% over the $0.05 per share quarterly dividend declared on November 16, 2022. The cash dividend will be payable on April 14, 2023 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 10, 2023.
