Grande Portage Announces Warrant Extension

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - March 24, 2023) - Grande Portage Resources Ltd. (TSXV: GPG) (OTCQB: GPTRF) (FSE: GPB) ("Grande Portage" or "the Company") announces that the Company intends to extend the exercise period of 553,358 share purchase warrants exercisable at a price of $0.45 per common share and 3,906,537 share purchase warrants exercisable at a price of $0.72 per common share.

The Warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement which closed on April 30, 2021, and June 10, 2021, respectively (see news releases dated April 30, 2021 and June 10, 2021). The Company proposes to extend the expiry dates for the Warrants to November 5, 2023, and December 12, 2023, respectively.

All other terms and conditions of the Warrants remain unchanged. The warrant extension is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
