ST. LOUIS, MO – HBM Holdings announced today that Scott Nieberle has joined the company as Vice President, Corporate Development & Strategy. Nieberle will report to Anderson Fincher, President and CEO of HBM Holdings.
Scott will be responsible for leading HBM’s enterprise-wide corporate development and strategy function, including M&A activities at HBM and across our portfolio. He will also lead our strategic and annual planning processes, with a focus on industry-specific growth. In partnership with the HBM and portfolio company leadership teams, Scott will help identify, evaluate, and pursue organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
Scott will play a critical role in continuing to build on HBM’s legacy while shaping future growth. “With more than 25 years’ experience successfully leading strategic initiatives, M&A functions, and driving growth, Scott is the right person for this critical position and will be a valuable asset to our portfolio,” said Fincher, President & CEO of HBM.
Most recently, Scott served as Vice President, Corporate Development at Graybar Electric Company, leading strategic acquisitions, investments, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives. He previously held Business Development leadership roles at Harbour Group, Nidec Motor Corporation, and Emerson.

Scott attained a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University.
