Australian REIT Income Fund Announces details of Final Distribution

Further to its announcement on October 12, 2023, Harvest Portfolios Group Inc. (the “Manager”) of Australian REIT Income Fund, (TSX: HRR.UN and Class F Units), (the "Fund") announces that the Fund will pay a final monthly distribution in cash only with no distribution re-investment for the period ending November 30, 2023 of $0.055 per unit payable on December 8, 2023 to unitholders of record as at November 30, 2023.
